The breakfast was good.

The hotel staff were rude and dismissive. The manager stated that since we booked through a third party, we couldn't expect a reservation to be honored. We booked a double bed room and were given a king with a pull out couch instead. The bed in our room had not been changed/made prior to our checking in and we almost were denied clean sheets which we had to place on our bed ourselves.

Overall a really really nice stay during our Road Trip from Florida. Very comfy beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and is a hip new spot. The rooms are a nice size and well-equipped. The staff is respectful and the location is comfy, being close to stores, restaurants, and freeway entrances.

Their breakfast option with the diminishing trays and the total rate and beverage is satisfactory, put others we have been to shame! The hotel rooms are neat with a king size bed.

Had a room available on short notice.

Cost for room on short notice was too costly! The amount of courtesy credit was a joke! The bill was $444 and gave me only $22 credit for ant problem in my room.

Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and coffee spots - perfect for what we needed. Our room was spacious and had a cool jetted tub for relaxing after a long day. 🛁

bed was too tall, ants invasion, problem with AC. cost on last minute booking was out of this world.

Breakfast was great and having the lobby in the evenings to gather with other friends was nice. Loved the smell of fresh baked cookies, too.

I REALLY LIKED THAT I WAS NEAR THE ELEVATOR AND THE ICE MACHINE, AS I REQUESTED, AND THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. ALL THE WOMEN STAFF WERE HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY.

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is very friendly, offering great service. The breakfast is excellent and satisfying, with a good variety of items. The room is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, and tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a very comfortable bed. Checking in is easy and convenient, with on-site parking available. Plus, the hotel is in a great location, right next to the airport and Lincoln/Roseville at 155 Ferrari Ranch Rd.

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, stores, and freeways. Free parking was a great bonus. My room with a king-size bed and a hot tub was spacious.

I had the room with the jucuzzi; I took a bath with a the jets on, when I got out the jucuzzi the jets did NOT SHUT OFF. I tried to push the button, even held it down, the jets stayed on ALL night. I could not sleep well. I woke up soo many times; I even called the front desk, but the man said he couldn't really do much about it because he was the only staff member at that time. The jets were still going even after I left . Restless night
